Company History
Waterworks Construction Limited was founded by Roderick L Kerr of Halifax in 1975. He remains President and COO today. We focus on all types of piling and marine projects. Over our thirty-one year history we have amassed a considerable base of equipment and manpower.
The Vice-President is Gordon Spencer who joined Waterworks in 1995. He has over thirty years experience in the General and Marine contracting industry. We have three Superintendents who have been with our company for between eleven and twenty-five years. We also have operators, site workers, and office staff of similar duration.
We work all over Atlantic Canada and Labrador, taking on challenging contracting opportunities. We have never had a bankruptcy, a bonding call, a legal suit that went to court or a project failure of any sort.
Our entire staff is committed to maintaining our excellent reputation and completing high quality work. We believe that complete planning and organization of every construction detail will yield success, even when most projects would be considered as higher risk and difficulty.
